Maybe The Village Inn which is another good eatery in Findon but I'm afraid I know nothing about their rooms. I would probably contact The Black Horse for their recommendations.

Located in Findon, just outside of Worthing, The Black Horse is known for their combination of warm welcome, traditional surroundings and great food. The Black Horse is tastefully decorated to compliment original features with stone fireplaces and cosy leather seating, all of which hint at the ski chalet inspired menu that has earned this restaurant its excellent reputation.
