Try to eat in the garden area patio downstairs. Great service and very nice fresh salads. No reservations on this level, you have to go upstair for that, and I have not been. Great lunch spot.

Except for slow service - which really wasn't a problem since the company was good - it was a 100% great experience.

I have visited a number of times for breakfast and brunch, always a pleasant experience. Sophisticated and tasty. Outdoor seating is pleasant. Staff there are always professional and helpful. I would suggest Bouchon to anyone looking for comfortable, civilized dining.

This Bouchon was an excellent choice for fine dining. As expected, it was expensive, but we knew that going in. We enjoyed the experience, the staff was friendly and though expensive, we will go back.

So lucky to get to Bouchon again (loved my first time in April). The bread and pistachios to start get things rolling in the right direction. My husband found the wine list to be delightful and a bit more reasonably priced than most...and we did enjoy a sensational bottle. The wait staff was excellent. My salmon special was perfectly prepared... More

Hard, maybe impossible to beat: a sunny afternoon, lunching on the patio at Bouchon. All the beautiful people walking by do not detract from the excellence in service delivery and food. Reasonable prices for the neighbourhood. Our selections arrived promptly and portions were healthy. This is a fine light lunch location. Very French in week, without the attitude!

After dinner which was phenomenal (we have how eaten here a number of times) we went on a tour of the kitchen-a tour that lasted over 45 minutes- which was amazing. The French onion, which is so difficult to not order, is reduced for 24 hours and is as good as I have every tasted. The service, the food and... More

This is supposed to be a nice, memorable restaurant. Our server, an Aussie woman from Sydney, simply did not take good care of us. In many ways she was inattentive. When I asked if the endive with Roquefort salad was supposed to have apple in it, and I pointed out that the one I received didn't, she made the above... More

I have been to Bouchon many times. It is a great experience for locals and for a visitor. There is great parking in a Beverly Hills city lot entered off either Beverly or Canon. The restaurant is beautiful and feels as if you were in Paris. The menu is solid Bistro. The wines are moderately priced but well chosen. The... More

Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighbourhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
