A great Mediterranean restaurant to stop into for lunch after ambling in fun shops up & down 4th. street. Very popular so an rsvp is a good idea. Wild mushroom flat bread is easily shared and a perfect compliment to Onion Soup. The BLTA is...your classic, flavorful sandwich; and Roasted Eggplant and Impossible Burger are wonderful!More

My don took me here snd although we waited quite a while it was worth it. Service was quite good snd my short ribs was well made and a large portion. Drinks were large snd well made. My grandson got his child’s pizza and was...happy snd my sons salmon was prepared as it was ordered. The vegetables were all good. The only item that was not what we thought it should be was the peach crisp but overall was a winnerMore

Excellent service. The waiter knew his stuff. Not inexpensive. But an excellent experience. Reservations were honored and they were ready for us,

Today's lunch at ZUT! was our first restaurant outing since the pandemic began in March of 2020. It was delightful and we were joined by my brother and his wife whom we had not seen in many, many moons. Three of had the mussels with...fries and they were wonderful. The mussels tender and juicy in a white wine/leek sauce. The fries were skinny fries and crispy. Perfect combination. The fourth in our party had a BLT sandwich with avocado and the report was that was also very, very good. What a pleasure to be dining at ZUT! again. 'More

Comfortable setting and great food. The menu has a few items in the usual categories along with daily specials. We shared the scallops and orange/avocado salad, and they were excellent.

We dined with long-time friends and had a lot of catching up to do. This was an excellent venue for that in addition to the food. Table service was excellent. My salmon was perfectly prepared, and others in our party were complimentary about their food...as well. Prices were in line with what I expected. Parking is not terribly convenient, but there is a large parking lot about a block away charging $1.50 per half hour.More

We came here for lunch and it didn't disappoint. We both had our own order of the Brussel Sprouts, Eggs Benedict with Avacodo and an ice cream sunday! The Brussel Sprouts were amazing! The Eggs Benedict were okay, but nothing too exiciting, the sunday was...amazing! The service was okay, except the waiter messed up on one of our ordered and had to wait for them to remake my friends meal. But all it all, it was pretty good and we'll be back.More

Stopped in midway thru shopping on4th Street, and glad we did. We ordered a Caesar salad, avocado toast with egg, arugula pear prosciutto pizza, salad w chicken breast, and lattes to finish the meal. I highly recommend this restaurant!

First, let me tell you that we've always enjoyed Zut. The menu is varied and good. We love the brussel sprouts! For the food and the atmosphere I recommend this restaurant, however.... We just had lunch at Zut and the service was terrible. I do...understand that this can happen from time to time, but we've never had such poor service before: We waited a long time just to order, our water glasses were never refilled, we had to ask for several things missing from the table and finally, after finishing our meal for awhile, we asked for the check. The waitperson was blasé and was quick to take our credit card withouth offering coffee, dessert or anything else. I was annoyed, and I asked one of the staff to speak with the manager. She said she was one of he managers. I'm not sure she was. When I explained she was obviously unconcerned, saying that the restaurant was busy--it was not. So, to make a long story short, it was the manager who earned Zut two stars. Will I go back? Yes, probably, but if this happens again....More

Sat outside. Service was courteous and professional, but slow. Our server apologized twice. The salmon salad was really nicely done, with a very generous portion. Garlic fries were good. Hamburger was ordered medium and was generally cooked that way except it was burned solid and...crispy on one side which was served face down. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice. Prices typical for nicer restaurants in the area. The burger and fries was $16.More

This area has plenty of food options. Zut offers a good selection of salads sandwiches and pizza and has a nice outdoor seating area facing 4th Street and the passing show. Parking is always a challenge in this area so be prepared as this is...a very busy shopping area. The mushroom pizza with added sausage was excellent along with a perfect Caesar salad.More

This review is for the lunch menu which was the most mediocre I have ever seen anywhere. The tiny two slices of smoked salmon did not look very fresh. The salmon sandwich came on a sad-looking bread accompanied by a small chopped salad that left...much to be desired both in terms of presentation as well as taste. The same was true of the 'open-faced egg sandwich' which consisted of a sad-looking and badly-presented plate of salad and small egg pieces on a thin slice of bread. It seemed like a bad joke. Surprised people are willing to pay as much as they do for this type of lunch. I would never want to repeat this experience.More

This restaurant is always good. While my “hot-smoked” salmon was not as described, the other dishes were great. The salads are wonderful as are most sandwiches. This was essentially a salmon sandwich, and I am not a big non-smoked salmon fan. Otherwise all was great.

A perfect day for alfresco dining for lunch...nice sidewalk dining area with covered awning provided a relaxing luncheon for 2....a few tables for larger party of 4. The soup du jour was butternut squash....very light and delicate....must have been blended just before serving as the...flavor seemed to melt away in your mouth....The Chicken Salad had a nicely grilled breast of chicken, still moist instead of tough and chewy when it’s overcooked and fanned out over a bed of greens. The shaved fennel made this a delightful salad. I expected my steak salad to be seared cubes of steak....instead it was a nicely grilled 5 oz steak (over wood grill - yummy)....garnished with generous greens, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and fried onion rings....The creme brûlée was good, not great and garnished with a quenelle of devonshire cream...caloric overload. Service was good but needed to be a little more attentive.....needed to ask for salt shaker for my steak. I ordered “black” coffee with dessert, my partner ordered coffee “with cream”....coffee came promptly, but cream only, no assortment of sugars.....is the dining norm now to ask for that too? Had to hunt down server assistant for sugar...More
