Had a fun time with my son and granddaughter! The fried chicken, seafood buffet, and chicken fried steak were good! My granddaughter enjoyed "flying" the Southwest 737.

We had to go s little out of our way to get here but it was worth the trip. It's an old Southwest 737 converted into a restaurant and it was just "plane" and simple fun! The hours are quirky just breakfast and lunch on Tues, Wed and Thurs and I do believe they serve dinner buffets on Fri, Sat... More

Cool concept. Would have loved to have eaten there if we had not already had lunch prior to stumbling on this gem.

Small family restaurant off the beaten path but worth the visit! Great for kids and young at heart! Eat in the regular restaurant or on the attached full size airplane that has been converted into a restaurant. Original airplane seats, cockpit, etc. Kids and adults can sit in the cockpit and have fun touching all the buttons they'd like! Can... More

We enjoy experiencing "different" restaurants and we just plain had fun at the Parachute. Maybe we would be considered "campy," but we even sat in the cockpit and took photos. The food was excellent. The fried green tomatoes came with an excellent sauce and the catfish was expertly cooked. We certainly did not experience bad food or smells so maybe... More

I have been wanting to drive up to Walnut Ridge to eat here with my boys for quite some time. This place was given the title of one of the wackiest restaurants in America. I mean, how cool is it to eat on a real plane?! We drove up and immediately noticed what bad condition the plane is in. I... More

We had eaten here a few years ago. But I would not recommend it now. The food was terrible and the place was dirty. Our silverware was place on a table that had something sticky on it. My husband and I went and got another set of silverware off the buffet table. We were disappointed and will not return. It's... More

The experience of eating in an airplane was great. The food was terrible. The table was dirty. There was a terrible smell in the cockpit of the airplane.

Good food reasonably priced where else can you eat inside of a Boeing airliner. The novelty of a restaurant inside of a plane is worth the trip

It's a 737 airplane at the Walnut Ridge airport - good food and good service - after eating, visit the Wings of Honor Museum
