Had a very pleasent lunch in the shade on a hot September day overlooking the sea. The tzatiki had a lot of kick with Garlic with approval of my wife. The fried smoked pork was wonderfully tender. Back to the beach for a cooling dip.

One of two tavernas here side by side (taverna Gallini), both very good but advantage is different menu options in each. Would recommend the avocado salad together with the sardines, but whatever you have with it the salad is very good. Relaxed and lovely setting,...More
Great meal yet again. Excellent value for money. You could be sitting in a really expensive restaurant but the food is probably the best value so far. Great view and really pleasant staff. Try the specials. Stuffed aubergine to die for. Lamb excellent. Beach is...More
We stopped for lunch after the long walk from Plakias. We just waned something light so chose tatziki and chips and a beer. The food was really tasty, the beer cold nad the location stunning. Would like to return sometime to try something more.
A lovely location, wonderful views and very peaceful. A good menu and we particularly enjoyed the stuffed meat roll with mushroom and feta. We ate here several times during our Plakias holiday. Service good with friendly staff.
Situated about 10 metres from Souda beach we ate their and lunchtime and would recommend all of the salads they were excellent
At the end of Souda Beach you find this tavern serving typical crete dishes. The classics are greek salad and tzatziki, but you have to try the village chicken in orange or lemon sauce as well as the salad with parmesan and dryed tomatos.
Yes, this is a very nice place. Friendly staff, very good Kretan meals. This is my No. 1 "daily" restaurant whilst being in Plakias.
Delfina had just opened for the season the day we visited. We had fresh orange juice and greek salad. Fresh made, good produce, simple but delicious. Friendly staff. Would definitely go back.
