One of the best food joint options in Hampi particularly near Virupaksha temple. Decent food, good ambience, quick service and affordable price.

The place is amazing and nicely decorated with paintings lit with neon lamps. My seven-year old daughter liked the dancing Shiva a lot. The sitting area had options for dining, and the overall ambience was outstanding. We really loved the South Indian Thali, Nutella Banana...Pancake and veg-momos (even when it was not on the menu). Manjunath and Yuvraj were super attentive and took special care. Would love to visit them soon.More

Nice ambience at this restaurant. They have chair sitting and cushion sitting on the floor. Staff is very friendly and soft spoken. The food tastes yummy. Definitely try the Nana juice....so very refreshing. Overall experience highly satisfied n happy. Everyone in hampi recommends this place...for food but please make sure you go here (near the virupaksha temple) as the guides mis guide you by taking you to the Hampi palace and they say it is the branch of the Mango tree .... the guides get a commission at the hampi palace but note that the Mango tree has no branches..... Mango tree food is way way better than Hampi palace.More

Getting a seat even at the time of the pandemic was a challenge, as the place was brimming with local tourists.Huge menu and seems to cater solely to tourist clientele, hence rates being definitely on the higher side for a place like Hampi. But again...you don't have that much options locally. Hygiene, service, ambience and food, ticks all boxes.Definitely worth checking out.More

We have visited the resto when recommended by many of my friends and relatives. It was a worst experience for me. The ambience was good. The staff were good and caring. But only dissatisfaction is with the taste. We have ordered panneer curry with chapathi...combo which was pathetic.More

Very nice place. They have a Bharatiya Bhaitak style of sitting where you can stretch your legs as if sitting in a beach sofa. Very comfortable. The table too is at a convinienly placed. They too have a traditional table and chairs. Nice cosy set...up with nice music(intrumental). Food is good. Do order their Mint, Lime and Sode ale. Very nice drink. I feel Rs 160 was a bit too much. But worth it. Very nice people. Hygenic. Good washrooms. Worth a visit. We dined here twice!!!More

This place remains packed with people during lunch and dinner hours. You have to remove out your shoes/slippers outside the restaurant. They serve veg food only. You have the option either to sit down (squat) or eat at the tables.

The food was excellent. They have floor dining and table dining. The local delicacy was prepared well and fresh watermelon juicy after a hot days trek was simply out of the world.

Common parking facility is available in Hampi. Don't know about the heritage trail. The Mango Tree is in the village with no direct parking but easy walking distance.
