It's Palindromeman's second last day in Patagonia. A magic place in the world. I fly out to Santiago tomorrow, and am spending the last couple of days in the regional city of Coyhaique. My friend and host took me to Cafe de Mayo which is...More

The Cafe de Mayo gave us everything we needed: perfect coffee, well-baked cakes, and high-speed WiFi. And all with a super big smile. A great pit stop on the Carretera Austral.

The service was good the 3 leches cake was dry but the coffee and Kuchen of nut was really good. The place is cozy and really nice to spend a nice afternoon.

Ver good coffee and hot chocolate. Nice pastries and an absolutely fabulous hot cheese pannini-type sandwich. Most enjoyable afternoon break. Helpful to have good broadband wifi available for guests. Positively will be back.

The sandwiches are very very good, we eat "el arriero" and the " panini serrano", but the cakes are not so good, the lemon pie was too sweet and the "tres leches" a little dry. The attention is okey, is a good place.

We tried several cafes and found the best coffee here! The cakes are also all homemade and delicious. The sandwiches and salads are good too. Very cute decor in this neighbourhood cafe.

I like this place because it's chill to hang out and work in, and they make a good decaf for my working afternoons. Also the cheesecake is great!
