Came here for the first time today, and I'll tell you it will be my last! £9.95 for a Sunday dinner you'd expect to get a half decent meal yes? No! The beef looks like the sliced stuff you get from a famous frozen food shop, the veg was poor, the mash was like creamed butter, the cauliflower cheese was... More

The food was exceptionally nice and reasonably priced. Food available Sunday evenings which is a bonus. The place itself is looking a little tired could do with a pick up.

We arrive late Tuesday lunchtime, the young lady behind the bar was friendly so we ordered lunch of a halloumi burger and fish and chips. The bread roll for the burger was so soggy and what I expected to be a "burger" was grilled halloumi with onions and quite rubbery and revolting. It was served on a wooden board which... More

Just visited the tiger inn with my partner. Had a sit out the back which had amazing views of the country side. Food was brilliant and staff were lovely. Highly recommended

First time visiting, we had the fish and chips and tiger burger. Both were spot on and excellent value for money. We sat in the beer garden with a great view of the valley ahead. The waitressing staff were also very polite and friendly. Recommended.

We had the £8.95 Sunday roast beef. Probably the largest portions of meat we have had in any pub Sunday roast. All the usual, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing veg. and ample portions. Well cooked and tasty and served on hot plates. Often a rarity in many eating places. Place very busy and table sticky and could do with a... More

I visited the tiger inn for Sunday roast with my daughter and grandchildren. The pub was very, very busy so luckily we had booked a table. The roast was absolutely delicious and large portions. Had all meat available even though we went at 5pm. Very reasonably priced. The children's roast was a large portion as well, would have suited a... More

We where driving by and decided as it was near to tea time we should stop off and have a bite to eat. So pleased we chose here. As soon as we entered we where greeted my friendly staff, I asked if they where serving food (it was around 4.30pm) not all pubs serve near us so early mid week.... More

I don't know where to begin, this pub is just fantastic, the food is incredible, never have I had any reason to complain about the food, the quality is incredible and for a very reasonable price! Not forgetting to mention the friendly and warm service by the staff and general atmosphere of the pub, I am delighted to have this... More
