The service at this restaurant was terrible and we waited easily over an hour for food, which came out in bits and pieces. Food prices were expensive and seemingly made up on the spot. The portion size was small. A meal...for two (fish and fish fingers) with two juices and 4 chapatis was 740INR. Staff we more concerned about their photo shoot and deemed it appropriate to lean over you whilst you are eating.

Located on the beach this restaurant is in a lovely place. We visited in the evening and the restaurant was nicely lit by fairy lights creating a nice space to eat.
However, the service here is shocking. We asked to see a menu which they do not have but instead use a small list on a blackboard with no prices. We asked the member of staff what the prices were. Prices we were quoted were; 120INR for burgers, 300 for King Prawns, 250 for fish as well as wedges, french fries and chicken popsticks varying between 80-120INR. We enquired about chapatis or rice but were told they don't have chapatis, then do have them and then didn't. But in the end they did have them. We also asked for two juices a pomegranate and grape.
The service time was extremely slow. It took 15minutes recieve the first part of our food. A further 15minutes to recieve our juices (after asking for them again). Then after an hour since the first part we recieved our fish and had to wait another 10 minutes for our chapatis.
The fish fingers were poor and overcooked. The grape juice very sour. However, the fish was tasty and in a nice sauce. The portions sizes are small and are not meals but rather snacks.
When it came to paying the bill we weren't produced with a receipt but instead told it was 740INR ($10). Having made rough calculations on what we had been told we were shocked to find this out and refused to pay this amount as the service was so poor. We asked them to produce a written bill for us, which they couldn't remember and had to ask us for what we had. They also believed we had had french fries when we didn't and tried to add this to the bill. As they were unsure on what we'd eaten, we overheard them saying "take 700INR". When we recieved the written bill we could see that chapatis were 20INR each and a pomegranate juice was 120INR. These prices seemed excessive as they had not been mentioned or, even better, been written down on a menu.
In addition to this, the restaurant had decided to host a photo shoot. This involved a camera being pointed over our table whilst we were eating. On top of that during the discussion about the bill, the photographer decided it was a good idea to ask us to move out of the way as we were in his way. We told the photographer this was inappropriate however, he replied "we are a new restaurant, we need the photos".
The restaurant on Google says it serves Afghan food and on TripAdvisor it says Indian. It is neither but much rather an attempt at serving western foods (like wedges, burgers and chips) as well as some seafood.
The server repeatedly mentioned that they had recently taken over this place and were 2 weeks into running the restaurant. They did listen to our feedback however were reluctant to discount the bill (despite acknowledging the poor service and being overcharged).
Overall, this is personally one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I have had. The service was terrible with prices that are not visible and are overly expensive for what they are. The food was nothing special but the location of the restaurant is great.More
