Amazing food and the place

Great food, love the place.. Just by the beach with good food and peace. Would really recommend to all and especially to a solo traveller, the owner is really helpful and nice. I had a great time near merari beach and the restaurant. Thank you...for everything. Will surely visit again :)More

Must visit.

Wonderful food.you even get good vegetarian here. Good hospitality.The hosts took care of our orders even when we were late in the restaurant. Wonderful location. Good peaceful vibes. Value for money.

Fantastic charming india -

Fantastic charming india - we 4 friends had a fantastic afternoon. Might not be the fasted but if you ask what is there it comes also very fast. Cool location, sweetesd guys that do the kotchen & service and music on demand👌🏻 very nice!!!

Don't bother!

Nice position on the beach and promising menu, but they took our order twice - after 20 minutes said the boy had forgotten our order; we then waited another 20 minutes and they came back to say there was no tuna curry. Managed to get...a Pepsi and water, but no tea, curries or rice. We said forget it and left.More

Lovely Keralan Lunch

Cool shady table, facing the beach. started with a salt lime and ginger soda. Waited 1/2 hour while our 3 curries were freshly cooked. Bindi (okra) thick and tasty, dhal (lentil) thick and also tasty, Kerala mixed vegetable light and juicy. None was fiery hot...(spicy) but to our taste a very nice meal, eaten with lemon rice and two chapattis. It is the best meal we've had on the beach.More

Two nights running and great food on both occasions

See people complaining about slow service and dogs, well if your used to Macdonald’s and Benidorm stay there! the food takes its time , yes that’s because they are actually freshly cooking it, and the dogs, better company than the Brits abroad Thanks guys for...the Great food and chilled atmosphere Hope all the lights are workingMore

Beautuful beach but dogs everywhere

Visited this beach while our stay in kumarkom in december 2019. Beach is white sand and a very beautiful location. Beware of dogs on beach they are everywhere.

AVOID

To wait hours for food is annoying enough but then to wish you were still waiting when it arrived takes bad to a new level! Expensive, dirty and dreadful food.

Who would have thought Kerala seafood could be SO awful

We should have known by the fact that 4 tables got up and left before we even got the menu.... There isn’t a lot of choice on Marari beach so we persevered, I so, so wish we hadn’t. On closer inspection the tablecloths were filthy...and the service agonisingly slow...even more agonising was the food when it actually arrived. The prawn ( singular) wouldn’t have fed an ant, the “ mackerel” had been fed to the cat before arriving on our plate and my tuna was the worst dish by far...only because there was enough to actually taste it. That and a nasty surprise with the bill completed our evening. We’re all hoping to survive the night...More

Best of marari

I have visited here with my would be and the whole place is extra ordinary. We have tasted sea food and all. It is the most tasty food ever served among all other resturants. Staff is also very caring and polite. You must definitly visit...this place.More
