Customer Care

Customer Care is Worst! When we went there by 4.30 p.m they made us vacate every table that we chose, saying that they had to clean it. When asked, a guy ( in a grey uniform) rudely said to wait for 10 minutes. It was...hurting and I decided not to visit that hotel again. This is my second bitter experience.More

Not bad

I have ordered Panner butter masala and they served a gravy like potato masala with few pieces . The waiters need to be very careful while serving the order on the table as they splashed off in our table and this happened in our next...table also.More

Excellent food

Had tiffin with my family in the evening. There were tables outside the building. Tamil movie songs were being played. Ate Dosa, idly and parotta and they were excellent. Had a good time at a reasonable price.

Very average North Indian food, served lukewarm

We ordered 3 dishes from the Trichy junction location, the 3 North Indian dishes were lukewarm, almost like it had been prepared before, and the naan was thick in spots like not stretched evenly, and uncooked. Ambience in the AC was good, outside looked better,...I would order stuff local people order, South Indian food.More

Don't visit

worst management and the staff, hotel is good and food is also good but the staff don't have manners to respect customers. Also if you book food online, they won't deliver properly. Staff behave like as if they are the owner of the hotel. Just...spoiling the name of a good hotel.More

Hi had my supper at this restaurant after landing in trichy, juz order panner fried rice and a cup of coffee. For me panner fried rice just nice and coffee superb. Service need more improvement seems some new staff.
