Have been away from Sfax for so many years! Maybe since 1985! That was the last time I have been to this restaurant! More than 32 years. It is still "equal to itself" as they say in French. The service is excellent and the food is equally tasty and special. The place serves seafood cooked and grilled in different ways... More

We arrived at the restaurant at around 8 pm and there were almost nobody! so I expected that the restaurant had better days but decided to try anyway, by the time we left it was almost full and that was on a Wednesday, and not on the weekend, definitely a clear favourite among the locals. The food they serve is... More

Very nice decor, waiters in bowties, very good service. Very nice mixed starters of octopus in tomato sauce, fried and grilled calamari, breaded and fried fish roe, grilled and fried prawns. Chopped and grilled seabass, rubbed in spices. Whilst I would have loved to try some Tunisian wine I favoured a lime, lemon and mint juice which was fantastic. This... More

We went here with a largish party of eight. Food orders took a bit long to arrive, but the kitchen might have been a bit overwhelmed by our numbers. I ordered a lamb dish, which was tender and tasty. No problem getting reasonable Tunisian wine to accompany our food, though it's quite pricey.

The coucous was delicious, i recommend the one with fish (grouper), If you like spicy foods, you'll love it! the breek (tunisian eggroll) is also highly recommended along with the tunisian salad. They also have a lot of seafood choices

seafood, and the steak in pepper sauce was lovely. The staff was friendly. Clean. The service was quick too. The only issue I felt was that the table arrangement was a bit cramped.

The Corail is perhaps the best restaurant in Sfax,,, Tunisia's 2nd city. It is well over then years since I whiled away a few happy hours over lunch with Tunisian business people at Le Corail. But the menu was extensive and the food extremely good.I recall the sea food and couscous being delicious... But above all,the service wash of the highest... More
