This was an absolute find! The food is excellent, the service was some of the best we had and if I had my way, we would have been back night after night. Be sure to try the goat curries, the meat just falls off the bone!

The food was well prepared and served in real 'African pots'. it was finger leaking good and we wiped our plates clean!!!! The waitress who served us also did a good job. After reading all the great reviews , I think they must have raised my expectations of the place. I had chicken flied with peanut oil and some sauce not sure but I think must have been coconut. There was nothing special about it. I am not sure what was supposed to differentiate it from what I eat in the other... More

If you like to try African dishes at a good quality to acceptable prices, this is your choice. We are regular customers and especially on fridays we like to go there because of the live music performed by the Tabasamu Duo (Omari & Hasan). There is a variety of dishes served in clay pots like kuku choma, mbuzi choma (fried... More

I visited African Pot during a stay at Diani beach with my girlfriend. The food was exceptionally good value, and provided a more local offering compared to the numerous beach bar / restaurants in the area. The service was very good, and the food was as good as any Kenyan based cuisine we had during our trip. The only negative... More

Best meal in Diani, and I wasn't expecting it. Don't be deceived by the appearance. Delicious and wide mix of African fusion food. Friendly staff too.

Pretty good meal for the price. We should only have ordered one curry between 2 though as the portion was huge. Nice setting, friendly staff.
