We decided to stop at Java on our way to bomet. We have toasted bread cheese and bacon omlette. The bread was spongy and had a lot of butter. It was partially toasted. The staff is friendly and helpful in recommending what one can have. The food and drinks are excellently prepared though a bit pricey. The internet is fairly good though some of the sockets are non functional in case you need to plug in your phone...or computer. The ambience is excellent, allowing one to work quietly but not too quiet to chat with company. I have also visited Java House Kericho a couple of times and I noticed that the staff are a bit sluggish in providing services.More

Great food, sluggish staff, can't tell difference between hot cup and hot beverage..!! Visit for the food, don't expect great service even when the place is virtually empty

The Kericho Java House is one of the quietest that I have ever visited, so service is usually pretty swift. I went there knowing that i would get the perfect house coffe.i ordered the coffee n i insisted to the waiter that i needed it very hot in temperature and strong in flavour..the coffee came and it was cold.the manager on duty came n explained...what i wanted n it was totally opposite of what i wanted.the coffee came back hot,and after 2 sips i just left it.it had no coffee aroma or taste,the milk was horrible.being a coffee hse i expected good coffee.not good.will try avoiding java kericho.More
