If you want to eat a good steak in Caracas, do not hesitate to go there. They cook the meat to your order on a nearby carbon grill. The meat here is high quality. We ordered a lomito (tenderloin) hacienda which was juicy and flavorful (medium rear). We also had watercress Caesar salads which were fantastic. On the house, they... More

Lomito and punta were great Fresh salad was good Service OK. Big and noisy restaurant, similar in decibels to Maute Grill. Punta Grill and Maute have better maitres. Or we were over looked. But good food.

Our team in Caracas, composed of Venezuelan and Canadian expats, often went to El Azan for special occasions (e.g. birthdays) or for business lunches. Great food, good service. Near Plaza Francia, centrally located and not far from the metro station. Pricing is fair for the quality of the food.

Ask for a very Rich piece of Lomito or better for a churrasco de Solomo, dont spend money in other small things as arepas, cheese and nata go straight to the focus: the meat, here is superb!!!
