Came here for dinner - never again! The meals look to be just frozen & reheated. The vegetable risotto was just rice & small amounts of chopped up peppers - no other Vegetables. The service was lovely however the food was terrible compared to the standard of the other dinners we had in El Chalten.

We had a delicious breakfast at Lucinda. A very nice lady can make a very good breakfast. The cookies where heavenly. The cake nutricious and de jams fresh. And very cheap. Go there!

The coffee here is excellent. Although not on the menu, we asked whether they could prepare some pack lunches. To our surprise, they prepared two really good and hearty rolls stuffed with filling. Well worth a visit.

I loved the atmosphere, and the family aspect of the place. Good service, friendly smiles. Great juice, coffee, breakfast, and lunch!

If you want to have a lazy, relaxed breakfast, this is the place to go. Lovely house, (like a bristrot) well taken care of, with lots of choices for breakfast. Even better if you can spend your time sitting on the lounge bit of the saloon.

We went here twice for breakfast. For 120 pesos we got a pretty nice spread for 2 with toast, several kinds of jam, juice, coffee, a piece of cake each and a cookie. Good value and just right before adventuring in El Chalten.

This little restaurant is located along the main road (St. Martin). It has an attractive interior and they advertise many cultural activities which are also held at the restaurant. This “poor” review might be due to bad luck: I think I just happen to order the wrong thing on the menu or maybe they ran out of the right ingredients... More

we had supper here, brown rice mushroom risotto and a local lamb stew. Both very tasty with intense flavour. A local musician performed on a variety of world instruments to an appreciative audience. Staff were very nice.

We had a great breakfast at this nice café before heading out for a long hike. The 'breakfast for two' which included good bread, three different very delicious homemade jams as well as a piece of homemade cake, a homemade cookie, a hot beverage at choice and a mini glass of fresh orange juice per person. The price for this... More

This place is a slice of heaven after a long trek! First time we just stopped in to rest and get some coffee but the vibe was so nice we stayed for dinner and desert. The beer and wine list is wonderful. Best of all is the food is made from old family recipes and the service is lovely. Don't... More
