I went here with some friends today and we were absolutely blown away by the lovely service and delicious smoked salmon fish and chips! It has to be the best gluten free fish & chips ive ever had! Carsluith Castle is right beside and stunning while the sun sets. A must visit for sure!

Dropped in for lunch, good variety of choice on the menu, excellent service from the friendly and polite staff, the food was fresh and good value for money, free top ups on your cups of coffee. Nice location just off the A75 will definitely be back for more.

Stopped here for lunch by choice today with some friends who hadn't been before. We weren't disappointed. Same great standard of service and food as on previous visits. 2 of us had the hot-smoked salmon with sun-dried tomatoes on crumpets (with a generous side salad) and proclaimed it yummy! The others had a trio of salmon and salmon with cream... More

Everything on the menu is good, but keep a look out for the smoked haggis lasagne! The smoked kippers are also worth buying for later, better than the ones from Whitby.

Stopped for a coffee and a cake, both were delicious. We ended up trying and buying the shops own smoked products which are fab. Highly recommended.
