Locally sourced ingredients made the high quality preparation of the Sunday lunch menu even more special. Excellent choice of homemade puds too. Lovely way to finish off a visit to the vineyard, especially on a cold day thanks to the welcoming fire!

Everything on the relatively small menu appeared to be locally sourced and our meal was excellent. The restaurant was quite full at the weekend but service was prompt and staff were friendly but efficient. We will certainly visit again, perhaps later in the year when the view over the vineyard promises to be spectacular

We were bought the wine tasting as a gift for a special anniversary. In the end we went with friends and decided to stay the night for dinner and breakfast also. The whole event worked out exceptionally well. The tour was just the right length and informative, with appropriate tastings too. Dinner was a showpiece of local produce imaginatively prepared... It has to said that I am a full 12 months late as this was 2016's valentines present which included a guided tour of the vineyard with some tasting, viewing of adopted vine and a bottle of your choice to take home. Firstly although the voucher was expired the Vineyard extended it and were very positive about making sure we... More

Was taken here for my birthday. Travelled through five counties to get here and well worth it. A lovely dining experience with quality food preparation, presentation and harmonious flavours. I said it at the time of the visit on completing the meal and I'll say it on here..."Whatever they are paying the chef, it isn't enough!" Well worth a visit!

This is our 7th/8th visit to the restaurant but the first time for dinner. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. On the menu, each course has a wine recommendation, and the food is very locally sourced The staff are pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vineyard. In the summer, you can sit outside and on a hot... More

Thoroughly disappointed with the food offered and served. I chose crumpets for my young grandson, but when they arrived they looked very unappealing and extremely soggy. Definitely not worth the money. Needless to say they were left uneaten. I did look to see if I could get someones attention but with only limited staff who always seem to be busy... More

Stayed for two nights at the hotel the first being a Monday when the chef is off. Monday's supper was ok, a bit overcooked and dry, but Tuesday's dinner was very good as was breakfast each morning. Staff friendly and efficient. Food a little overpriced we felt, but you pay for location and environment at the same time.

Description
The sybarites among you may well have heard of Gloucestershire's Three Choirs vineyard, England's most noted wine producer. And if you're loving the wine, you'll be rather excited to hear that you can dine among the vines too. The Three choirs restaurant is as English as you'd expect from one of the biggest local names on the shop shelves. Burgandy red walls surround black leather seating, tartan upholstered bucket chairs and brick pillars, a mix of classic and modern which touches on the eccentric. Head Chef Darren Leonard has created a menu which ensures that your experience is as much about the dining as the drinking - thoroughly British and totally indulgent.
