My family and I discovered this wonderful gastropub earlier this year and we have ventured to the Kilcott Inn on many occasions since, so we knew they wouldn't let us down for Christmas Day lunch. The cost was £65.00 per person, which is very reasonable and we were all greeted with a glass of champagne upon our arrival. The service... More

We stayed for one night when catching up with friends in area. Good country pub atmosphere with friendly staff. Lunch menu was good and breakfast the next day was equally good. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable. There is some noise from bar but to be expected in any accommodation in a small pub. Will definitely stay again if... More

Called in this pub for lunch which proved a disastrous choice. My wife and I chose the freshly beer battered fish and chips was one of the poorest meals we have ever had presented. Who on earth eats this pigswill........ Whilst the fish was edible the batter was uncooked, slimy and was totally unappealing. I invited the waitress over and... More

Fabulous meal included gluten free options. Excellent service, presentation and varied menu. Difficult choice. Great atmosphere and wood burning stove. What more could we ask for?

We had a great Christmas meal here with our family on Friday. We have never had our Christmas meal out before but we will definitely do it again. Yummy food, a great atmosphere and really friendly and good service. It's also really good value for money. Thank you for a lovely evening and I would definitely recommend coming here, Christmas... Visited the Kilcot Inn today for lunch. Very busy in a pre-Christmas period so my only complaint would be that they were a might short-handed, so there was a considerable wait for food to arrive. However the service was charming, the staff knowledgeable and the ambience very pleasant. When the food arrived it was excellent - tasty, hot and well... More

Lucky to have been here a few times with friends who live locally. Great food and good beer. Friendly service and good value. A few good options in the area but this place holds its own

I stayed in the Kilcot Inn for 2 nights in October and the accommodation was fantastic! They have 4 rooms, mine was called The Brown Snout. Lovely big double bed and a spacious room, modern and tastefully decorated. Downstairs is the pub where I had dinner with my friend, the food and friendly service was a great welcome, I had... More
