Top cream tea in a nice traditional setting. Good strawberries grown hydroponically in a polytunnel so decent long season, better than any supermarket ones! Handy little farm shop with a good choice of local produce.

One lovely sunny Sunday in August, not long after we had moved, my boyfriend suggested going out for a cream tea to which the answer is always 'Yes'!! A quick search on Trip Advisor and we found to place and boy am I glad we did. The scones were delicious, the jam divine (with a choice of 2 flavours no... More

If you get the chance to visit this little restaurant then do so. It's a gem. Serving home made food in a beautifully quaint setting.

Thanks for the warm welcome. We had really lovely cream tea and great toastie sandwich. Would love to come back the next time I am in the area. Great farm store next to the tea room!

September 2016 we invited our close family members; bridesmaids, godchildren & grandchildren to a Cream Tea/High Tea at the Royal Oak, Cotleigh to celebrate my birthday. Julie & Her Staff put on a magnificent spread in the Marquee. Although we opted for Self Service, Julie & her staff kept a constant supply of drinks & food available throughout. Everyone got... Been going here for many years as we have family locally. Have tried other cream teas around the area but always seem to come back to this one. Can buy some of the homemade jam which you have eaten in the small shop selling local meats and veg. Great little place.

We were recommended to try here by the locals and we were not disappointed. Lovely cream tea, home made jam far better than anything commercially made and warm fresh scones. There is also a farm shop where you can buy some jam to take home. Recommended
