Pizzas were quite large so got some to take away. Loved the open fire and decor with great beers and cider.

We nipped in for pizza from our campsite just around the corner as we'd heard good things. Great pizzas, freshly made with loads of toppings and really good value for money if you're on a budget. We got a pizza each and could barely finish them, so the staff gave us a box to take the leftovers home in. Great... More

Fire place, live music on weekends, nice waiting staff, cozy feel with your typical Irish wooden pub style. Has different sections and people who want to eat tend to sit toward the back areas, while people who are there just for drinks stay closer to the bar, standing up. There's also a separate room with doors, which I think I've... More

We visit Strandhill quite often, it's beautiful and unspoilt, the sea is often rough and it's a great surfing site but the jewel in the crown is the Strand Bar, great pub night or day, the service is excellent, food served all day and the pizzas are fantastic, we always have a great night
