We were here a couple of years ago. Tried them one evening, came back the next night. Would have come back the third night but w were 400 miles away. Best blue corn enchiladas in NM or AZ. Am trying to figure out how to include in my next trip to the area.

Nearing the end of an all day drive and passing by Winslow. Checked TripAdvisor and thought Casa Blanca Cafe look like a good choice for dinner. It was fantastic!! Close to I-40, not too hard to find but a GPS is helpful. Attractive building, well lighted. It was not crowded but nothing in that area of Winslow looked to be... More

Place is a dive, but we like dives. People are friendly. It was 2 in the afternoon and we weren't about to hit the Painted Desert all hangry. We ordered iced tea and carne Adovada burritos . Chips and salsa were served free. Chips were ok, crispy and fresh. Salsa was medium spicy, a little sweet for my taste. Fresh.... More

We went on a Tuesday night in May and were the only ones there. The food was exceptional. Portions are large. A great value for the money. Whenever we are on I-40 we will stop here from now on.

I'm not a fan of Mexican food but my husband is. I LOVED the chicken tacos!!! This was the best Mexican food I ever had. I wish we lived close to Winslow. My husband also enjoyed his combo meal. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff!

When ever I'm in Winslow I have to stop at Cass Blanca. Family run and great home cooking. Green chile chicken enchiladas are the best! The sopapillas are perfect. Wash it down with a cold cerveza and you can't go wrong.

The ambiance is not 'high-end', but the food and service makes up for that non-essential factor. Best chile relleno of all time!!

There isn't much choice in food types in Winslow, Mexican being the most popular by far. We weren't looking for a big meal, so had a steak quesedilla and chile relleno. The service was fast and friendly and the food hot and tasty.
