My wife's cousin lives down here and recommended this place. It was a solid choice. My wife had a turkey sandwich and I had a burger and fries. Both were very good. Cheesecake for dessert topped it off. Check the hours as times vary depending on the day of the week. Servers were attentive even though we chose to sit... More

My wife and I both thought our burgers were the best we have ever eaten and that covers a lot of ground. In addition, we got to sit next to real cowboys. One tipped his hat to my daughter as he left.

We loved our lunch. It is terrific that they serve wines from the local wineries. We ate on the patio, where they allow smoking, but it was not objectionable because there was a nice breeze.

We sat outside on a very busy Saturday lunch. I had the APE burger, kind of an anything goes hamburger, along with a delicious corn chowder. My significant other had the cheese sandwich, a side salad, and the chowder. The food, while not remarkable, was served in a very timely manner by folks who obviously cared about what they were... I must admit, I was expecting The Cafe to be quite mediocre. Everything else was closed after we finished some wine tastings in the area, so we ended up here, and we were not disappointed. The $5 happy hour menu was great. Everyone's burgers were excellent, the quesadilla was terrific, and both the sweet potato and zucchini fries were very... More

Had a super lunch at The Cafe. A couple big parties came in and still service was quick and friendly. Dynamite hamburger (ziggy piggy) and Baja Turkey Melt...FRESH ice tea, sweet potato fries. Yum! Nice atmosphere, view, and service!

Somewhat disappointed. It is a cute little restaurant, had high hopes. They had chorizo tacos on special $9... so that's what I had for lunch... Little did I know I was going to get 2 taquitos with straight out of the supermarket chorizo and soggy tomatoes in the salsa.... yeah, overpriced and over rated.

I arrived to Sonoita and was just in time to buy lunch. The servers are very helpful to offer advice on the best dishes to try. I visited Sonoita a year ago and it is the best food in town! The business supports local wineries and even offers wine pairing 4 course meal events. The staff was even willing to... More

Sometimes you don't want a meal to end - that last bite to be swallowed - that was the case for all four of us while having lunch at The Cafe in Sonoita. My green chile bacon cheeseburger may have been the best I ever had and I have been to most of the famous spots in New Mexico where... More
