This place was so unusual and totally amazing. You must stop off here when doing Route 66! Veggie burger was 10/10.

Yes it's expensive, yes it's a drive out of your way (unless you're on a Route 66 trip) but this place is amazing and a true testament to Route 66 and the American people! Good giggles, quirky decor and tasty milkshakes (bring a spoon!) whilst wandering around the amazing town of Seligman. Highly recommended!

I stopped in on my way to California and it was so good I had to stop in on the way back as well. Awesome root boor freezes and tasty green chile burgers. Plus a creative dose of humor that comes with the service. One of the entrance doors has a door knob on each side of the door to... More

This historic roadside stand is a must-stop for Route 66 aficionados. You can find the lore of the place on a number of websites. Be prepared to feel a little foolish when you walk through the door. Chocolate dipped in chocolate--the best!

This is a charming drive-in along Route 66. It's less than 10 minutes off I-40 so even if you're not on the "Mother Road", it's worth a stop off the freeway. The owners are funny and entertaining. Soft Serve ice cream cones are only $2 and it's worth that just to walk around and look at all the memorabilia. I... More

A must-see stop in Seligman. The entryway iis covered in memorabilia, dollar bills, business cards, and photos, all donated by visitors. Even the outside seating tables are covered in the same, under plexiglass. The staff follows the original owner's lead in keeping visitors entertained with various corny jokes and tricks. Sundaes galore are offered here (just soft-serve ice cream),but a... More

This is not the best meal you will ever have in your life but if you are coming here you shouldn't be looking for gourmet. The menu is classic burgers, fries, hotdogs, and shakes. Oh, "dead chicken" too. If you like the kind of food you get at a state fair, that's what you'll find here. Corn dog was good,... More
