This was perhaps our sixth visit to Atlas Bistro and it marked another stunning evening with Scott and his staff. They feature inventive, fresh offerings with world class (Michelin Guide star-worthy!) food. They present a pre-fixe three course menu with a wide range of options. Our group had a wide variety of menu offerings with universal positive results. Excellent advice... More

We returned and again received excellent cuisine and service. With an updated menu, the seared foie gras was delicious. The duck thigh confit bowl was fabulous. The lamb loin was excellent. $65 for three courses. Of course, being able to bring your wine greatly enhances the value. The restaurant is small (40 ish) with nice intimate ambience--but not fancy. It... More

This place is a gem - one of the few BYOB restaurants in town (conveniently attache to a GREAT wine store) - but the real reason to come is the food = some of the most inventive and consistently brilliant food in the 15+ years we have been visiting this place. Owner Todd is the perfect, gracious host and the... More

Another excellent dinner at Todd Sawyer's Atlas Bistro. Delicious seared foie gras, amazing veal cheek plate, and a new spanish pork entree that is also super. Three courses for $65. Of course, since you can bring you own wine, Atlas becomes not only a great dinner but also a great value. While the ambience is modest, the service is excellent.... More

Don't let the location fool you, this in one of the best meals you will have in Scottsdale. Prix Fixe menu that was out of this world when we visited. They even went so far as to have Happy Anniversary on our menu. The menu does change often, possible weekly. The restaurant is BYOB with a fantastic wine retail/bar attached.... More

Researched the option for a byob in the scottsdale Phoenix zone and came up with this on the internet. Pulled up to a very non descrip strip mall location with a wine bar/cellar and an adjacent small dining room. Looks interesting? we thought to ourselves. Seated for dinner and greeted with charm by Megan we were then transported through a... More

We revisited Atlas Bistro last nite and wondered why it took us so long to return. The meal was excellent from the amuse that was offered before dinner to the last bite of our delicious desert. The same with the service. Everything was top notch. Atlas offers a prix fixed three course dinner for $65.and you will not disappointed. It... More

We have been dining at Atlas for over 14 years. The restaurant just gets better and better. Dishes are beautiful to look at, delicious and creative. Chef is always coming up with new ideas on how to showcase the local foods. We believe it is the finest restaurant in Scottsdale. Service is professional and friendly, prices are correct for a...
