We were referred here by our tour guide who said it was her favorite "regular" Scottsdale restaurant. The food was quite good, but nothing spectacular. We would return.

We were in Phoenix for the Final Four and we were looking for a mexican restaurant between games. Our Uber driver recommended Los Olivos if we were looking for an authentic mexican restaurant with great food and service. It was our favorite place during our stay and will go there again when in Scottsdale

The waitress was so nice, the service was fast, the place historic, but food quality was lacking. We started with white queso and wished we hadn't. Enchiladas at $10 had about 10 cents worth of ingredients. The stuffed pepper at $15 was pedestrian. Your best bet is go and drink margaritas here and get the chips and hot sauces that... More

Writer, wife & friends had occasion to eat again at Los Olivos in Scottsdale during our spring visit to Arizona. We have been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years and have never had a bad meal. The chicken Fajitas are always excellent & the refried beans are as well. We always look forward to eating at Los Olivos,... More

The last three times we have been here the service and food quality has not measured up to what it use to be. The drinks are small and expensive. Notices all over the place that you will be charged for extra chips. Just not the friendly environment that it has been in the past. Will look for a better mexican... More

We were referred here by the hotel concierge as a place with patio dining. The patio was very small and we ate inside in a large room that was incredibly loud. Food was good but the table next to us shouting and partying was a distraction.

I had found Los Olivos on Groupon when planning our honeymoon. We are both very happy we tried it. The food was incredible! The service was great. The restaurant is large, but feels intimate with the sections divided up.

Was really craving authentic Mexican food and this was not it. I was surprised the food was not good since it did have good reviews online and after all this is Arizona. The queso was made with orange processed cheese. I couldn't believe it I could have microwaved my own at home. We split the sampler plate of appetizers. It... More

This Mexican Restaurant is one of my wife's and mine favorites. Every time we are in town we stop here to eat. The food is very authentic and the service is always very prompt. I always have a Margarita with my meal. Sometimes we even eat there back to back days due to the nice menu.
