I wish there was one in NY because this place was unreal. The atmosphere is very laid back and the live musician was great. Started off with some antipasti. Split the warm pretzels with fondue cheese. Amazing. Wife had the seared tuna salad which I tasted and was very good. I went for the fried chicken and I was very... More

We celebrated a friends 40th birthday here and the staff was great with our table of 22. Everyone seemed to like their meals. Recommend the BBQ nachos.

We came for happy hour! Highly recommend this place! Located in fashion district of beautiful Scottsdale, we ate outside by bar, beer, and soft pretzel bites dipped in cheese fondue! Next, the salad was delicious, just the small salad was good for both of us, kale and other good ingredients, dressing was perfect. We combined our salad with our own... More

Enjoyed a nice lunch on the outdoor patio. Club sandwich was huge and it had to be dissected to fit in my mouth - but it was good and chicken nicely grilled. The Asian Ahi salad was a little skimpy on the tuna but dressing was just enough. What gives this a five star is our server Ryan - very... More

We greatly enjoyed our dinner at the Culinary Dropout Scottsdale (there are others in the Phoenix area). This is an open restaurant with a high ceiling and TVs for sports viewing (we were there during the World Series for the amazing game 7, so all eyes were on the TVs)! There is a nice Happy Hour menu with drink and... More

It is my understanding that the owner has over 40 restaurants. Personally, I would like to try them all. The service was impeccable. Clearly these people like their jobs and the communicate with one another. Hannah was amazing as our waitress. We loved the food, from the yesterday's soup and charcuterie to the fried chicken and roasted vegetables. The prices... More

We not only picked Culinary Dropout thanks to all the great reviews but we also ordered according to those reviews....the stars on the menu were helpful as well! Pretzel balls and cheese fondue started off the night and we haven't stopped talking about it three days later. This is a $10 appetizer that we shared - 12 larger than golf... More

Well, just south of Fashion Square and probably the busy part of Scottsdale at weekend, you would think parking is a nightmare, but this place is next to parking structure entrance and elevator 'B' lobby it's pretty convenient. Front staffs were accommodating for my ever changing reservation head count and gave us probably best seats on floor. Foods are good... More

They have a great anti-pasta. We ordered Prairie breeze cheddar, salami Tuscano, prosciutto deviled eggs, marinated olives. Fresh and well done. The soft pretzel and provolone fondue was really delicious and had a cool presentation. We had fried chicken and grilled cheese sliders with bacon and tomato. Great stop after busy shopping at old town Scottsdale 👍👍

I was really disappointed with everything they had to offer. super glad it wasn't on my dime! the fried chicken was cold and greasy, the ribs were tough and chewy, the dessert was generic and reminded me of stuff you get at a school cafeteria. I don't know if it was because it was a buffet set up for our... More
