From the old wooden floors to the grand bar and big windows, this building gives you a feel for what it was like to live in the 1800s. The beef soup of the day was delicious, and the steak and pastas were served just right to warm up on a cold, rainy day.

My husband and I were walking around downtown Prescott on February 17, 2017 and decided to stop in this historic hotel/restaurant for a drink. We were going to sit at the bar - it was full. We stopped here around 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon, did not have a reservation and were seated at a table near the bar area.... More

We ate here because we had a discount voucher from the hotel. I had the southwest benedict, one of 5 benedicts including crab. Nice chorizo patty on corn biscuit and eggs cooked perfectly, and not swimming in hollandaise. My husband had corned beef hash, made from scratch. He said the sourdough toast was really good. Portions were not overly large... More

As a guest staying in the adjacent hotel, I received complimentary vouchers for a full American breakfast cooked-to-order as well as a coupon for a free appetizer at the bar or with dinner. I ordered a cheese plate with fruit and flat bread that was absolutely exquisite. (Please see photos). I was extremely impressed with the quality of the food... More

Menu has been greatly improved. Food and service are great...Can be a little loud but being historical building it is worth the stop.

Stopped in at random wanting breakfast after staying in a hotel nearby. Nice variety on the menu, especially the Benedicts. I opted for the vegetable frittata with rye toast and fruit instead of taters. My only minimal comment is that some of the toast ended up underneath the frittata which made it a bit wilted; but it all went down... More

I had crabcakes as an appetizer which were excellent plus, as well as a steak salad which I give perhaps 4/5 to, is a steak was slightly grizzled, but overall was very tasty. I also asked for well-done French fries and they were done just right. For breakfast, I had a standard American fare. The only thing I didn't like... More

Great breakfast and awesome drinks at night. Staff was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has views off the courthouse which still had the Christmas display up. Beautiful and the decor in the bistro was charming.

Arrived at the restaurant around 9:30am on Saturday the 7th of January. The restaurant was not super busy, we were seated right away. That's the sum total of our visit. We were seated. No water, no coffee, no server. Plenty of wait staff walking back and forth, it was as if we were invisible. We got up and left; the... More

This authentic old time Tavern with tin ceiling serves up a number of tasty dishes. The portobello mushroom dish with risotto was delicious, as was the cheesy soup. Others at the table had a pear and beer salad, a BLT with avocado, and a burger. Everyone was satisfied. Desserts sounded good as well, but we were too full to eat... More
