Then I moved to East Coast for 2 years, where I really missed this place. Came back again to Phx. AZ and... More

Whenever we are on the west coast, we try to stop at Rubios. They offer a wide menu and lots of fresh mexican choices. I always order the Citrus Shrimp ancho burrito. Try it!

We had not idea that they serve the food on proper plates when you eat in and that the portions are a pretty good size. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a quick lunch, food was cooked fresh and was tasty. We had a fish taco, three different ones adn also a burrito. You can also get a drink? The... More

Rubio's isn;t your typical fast food joint. The dishes lean heavily towards seafood with a variety of different creations available including burritos (the mahi mahi was excellent), tacos (includes tortilla chips and refried beans), quesadillas, soups and salads. Items are made fresh to order (you will wait a few minutes but they are delivered to your table) and are reasonably... More

Big portions. Lots of sea food choices. My male teen also loves it. Multiple locations. I have been to the Desert Ridge & the Tatum/Bell locations. Very Informal dining. Easy for lunch too.

I went to Rubios with my family of 4 this evening. Being vegetarian, as most of you know by now, the choices in such places are usually limited

I come here often. Staff is great and the shrimp burritos are a must. Make sure you ask for well done shrimp. I love the Gen X music. Matches my playlist.

No impressed. Rude service and cold food made this a poor experience all around. We do not recommend nor will we be back.
