Faux Western ambiance; Informal dining and a great view of the Phoenix metro area from your table. The prices are reasonable but not cheap, however the food is just average. There was nothing really remarkable about it. The dinner salad comes in a large bowl to be shared by everyone at the table. The steaks and prime rib are OK... More

There's a metal slide inside the restaurant and my nieces went down and it was so fast she flew off the end . The service was ok and food not great . It's got a western theme that if that's what your looking for then you'll be fine !

Love "Horny" the steer at entrance. Old mine entrance to restaurant and great slide for your Mother-in-law to gain access to the lower level of the restaurant! Outdoor patio offers campfire and Phoenix views from South Mountain. Food can be spotty at times though. Once we ordered meals that obviously used frozen vegetables as a side. Come on, what good... I gave the 1 star for the view and live music. I liked the atmosphere. The food was extremely disappointing I ordered the 'Prime Sirloin' it was tough and over cooked; very disappointed. The salad was nothing special (probably came out of a bag). There are no vegetables except asparagus which was overdone with very woody stems. It took awhile... More

Came for a Tuesday night dinner here with a team of 8. The location before you go in is brilliant, it's on a hill with panoramic views and then you go in to what I will describe as a unique uphill entrance. We were greeted and taken to our table which we subsequently changed as we preferred a little more... More

I've stopped in at this touristy spot over the last 20 years, and it hasn't changed much. You definitely get the 'western' feel here from the smell of the real life bull in the parking lot, to the real country band. The food is good, but the place holds a ton of tables so don't expect much room or peace... More

Beautiful view of the valley from this hilltop location. It appears to be on the "must go list" for our yearly invaders from colder areas of the US and Canada. Good happy hour and the food is fine, not remarkable.

Dear Rustler’s Rooste Team – I wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for hosting our wedding on April 9th. Everything came together so perfectly. Not only did the decorations just blow me away to tears, but the help from everyone from the very beginning was a fine example of exceptional customer service. We especially appreciate the... More
