We experienced the new Sunday Brunch at T Cook's (were told they started it 4 weeks ago) and was quite impressed. The vareity of foods, quality and presentation were outstanding. We were somewhat confused about our waiter, however. When seated a gentlemen introduced himself as our waiter, brought us our fist drink and never saw him again. At that point... More

Horrible experience. People cutting in online, not enough servers, too many people, food not replenished or cleaned up. Just a zoo- stay away

Wonderful restaurant! We had dinner in front of the fireplace. The cocktails were fabulous and the ambiance was perfect!

The Sea Bass was delicious. Roasted brussels were amazing and we had a shrimp appetizer that was also wonderful..the best Moscow Mule..sat outside next to fireplace and they added additonal heat alongside our table as the night chilled

This place came highly recommended and the food was excellent (once we got it), drink orders were glacially slow and servers were unorganized. Unfortunately you could probably find a number of places in Phoenix to spend $300+ on a meal (incl. wine and cocktails) so we do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

We dined with friends while vacationing in the Scottsdale area. The entire evening was delightful. The property itself is lovely. There's a bit of magic in walking through the courtyard from the entry drive to the restaurant. The service was attentive and helpful without hovering. The food -- particularly our fish entrees -- were exceptional. The ambience lends itself to... More

We decided to try the Sunday Brunch under the new Hyatt management. After being seated we waited 10 minutes for our server, who basically was MIA until we needed the check. So we gave up waiting and proceeded to the buffet. The breakfast items, salmon, shrimp and crab claws were fine but the lunch selections were limited to beef and... More

We went there for Sunday Branch. It was as if they just crammed people in. The buffet was set up in a ridiculous format. People were all "bunched" around the omelet bar and yelling their orders. This was the only egg dish. There were only about 4 buffet tables. My husband had his back to the dessert table and our... More

The entire meal was wonderful, but the Indian spice roasted Brussel sprouts were the best Brussel sprouts I have ever had. And a visit to the Royal Palms hotel was very pleasant even on a rainy night.
