About
At the heart of the resort, T. Cook's culinary philosophy of magnifying the purity of fresh, seasonal ingredients is a celebration of its treasured legacy. For nearly two decades, T. Cook's has garnered both local and national acclaim. This time-honored tradition lives through the vision of Executive Chef Todd Allison. Chef Allison's culinary style can be summed up in three words - crafted, thoughtful and bold - which are all precisely in line with the Mediterranean principles of fresh, seasonal, local and ingredient-driven cooking.Explore the new T. Cook's this season. Whether for a special, romantic occasion with a candlelit dinner on one of our two patios, complete with scenic Camelback Mountain

Four of us had a great dinner with zero complaints. Everyone loved their dishes, but the star of the evening was the smoked potato croquettes. Crazy good Fast & efficient service. The place isn't cheap, but the food is outstanding.

This is a very special restaurant indeed. It has it all - creative natural menu, ambiance and outstanding service. We were there for my wife's birthday and they could not have been nicer, more gracious. Many thanks to everyone associated with T. Cook's.

I remember when T Cook's was one of the best restaurants in Phoenix. Now, it's not even close. The resort is still as beautiful as ever although the dining room, while still lovely, feels dated and could perhaps use a bit of a face lift....More
