As we were being seated the women that seated us spilled water into a plate. Instead of taking the plate he wiped it with her hand then left the plate to be eaten off. My iced tea was warm and the food was cold with no flavor. Worst service at any asian restaurant that I have ever been to! Will... More

Very disappointing. Food was fairly tasty but cool and service was horrendous. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order, another 30 minutes for the FIRST entree (twice cooked pork) to arrive, and then DH had to wait another 20 minutes before his General Tsao's chicken came. So we really didn't get to eat dinner together! THEN,... More

We recently visited the Chinese Cultural Center in Phoenix. There are a lot of empty stores here and only a couple restaurants. There is a nice little park at the front with interpretive signs and a small lake, very nice to walk around either before or after dinner. We had dinner at Szechwan Palace and enjoyed the food.. The service... More

The offering is diverse: dim sum and family style food that is freshly made with plenty of flavor. Brown rice is not an option. Neither is substituting noodles or fried rice for rice that comes with the meal. However, it's easy to order a vegetable chow mein to eat with your entree. When it's your birthday, they give you a... The menu was a little overwhelming but we were the only anglo (non-asian) guests dining at the time so it must have an authentic reputation. Portions are huge and I believe any entree could easily be shared.

Our group of 5 stopped here for lunch. It's a beautiful restaurant and very clean. Egg drop soup- wonderful! Made me really look forward to my lunch meal. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was really bad. Very overlooked, so the chicken was tough and dry. We waited over 30 minutes for lunch, and not even half the... More

The food just like any other Chinese restaurant nothing special. However when we was dining inside the customers waiter and the cook had a argument;it is about the waiter keep the wrong dish to the customer when customer complaining the waiter brought the wrong dish which had been eaten to other table. The owner of the cook not only did... More

Food in this place is ok but service is terrible. Waiters are rude and do not acknowledge their customers. They did not place my order timely while I was on my lunch hour and waiter did not bother to tell me. I've been to this place a few times thinking maybe it's just a bad day. All times I've been... My husband and I just relocated from Beijing, China and this is some of the closest to authentic Chinese food in the valley. Be sure to try the La Zi Gie. It's a spicy chicken and it is delicious!!!!

My husband and I lived in China for almost six years and upon returning to the US, and Phoenix in particular, we were nervous about what authentic Chinese food would be available for us. This place didn't disappoint! The owners and staff are from China so the food is some of the most authentic you will find in the Phoenix... More
