We were staying at the Biltmore and had lunch here on two occasions. Service was extremely slow both times and somewhat inattentive. It appeared that they were understaffed as one day our server had far too many tables assigned (some were outside on the patio...More

I ate here, adjacent to the bar that had sports on tv. It was a casual restaurant, but the food prices did not reflect the environment. My hamburger, although great, was $20! Along with a 9 oz wine, the bill was close to $50. The...More

The exquisite Arizona Biltmore opened in 1929, designed by the Frank Lloyd Wright atelier, and it has hosted presidents and dignitaries ever since. Frank and Albert's is the affordable indoor-outdoor restaurant on this unique, historic property. (Expensive fine dining is offered at Wright's restaurant.) On...More

Had dinner with another couple while in the Biltmore area. Frank and Alberts was my second visit. We had wonderful drink choices as well as the Appetizer that we wanted and shared around. The service was very good and professional

Ate at this restaurant in the late afternoon. Nothing to complain about at all. Food very good and well prepared. One interesting thing that I did note. New things had been added to the menu and as it was quiet in the restaurant the staff...More

A quick late lunch and several appetizers between a 5 day visit. Very good food and service. Highly recommend the tortilla soup! The service is excellent, my daughters loved the tomatoe soup with the grilled cheese sandwich. The pizza was impressive!

Service staff in need of training. Simple things like returning with ketchup or hot water refills for tea took three requests or flagging down a different waiter. There did not seem to be a manager running the floor, coordinating the table staff and the kitchen.

Loved the 1/2 chicken. Great food and great ambience. Portions are big which is quite normal in Arizona and the restaurant is very clean and chic.

The pizza was astounding, the service, from Jodi, was even better. Wow, try this place out. Was a great place to try during my conference.

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch at a Frank and Albert’s. The free valet parking gave us the opportunity to walk around the hotel lobby and grounds, which were magnificent. As far as Lucy, we sat on the patio, which was delightful. Service was...More

Casual is great. And the AC is pretty pumped up so if you usually get cold, bring a light sweater. They have house made ketchup and an amazing cereal ice cream sundae! Bon appetite.
