Nice space with a spanish feel. I had Calamari and Meatball Tapas. The meatballs were excellent the Calamari was just...Calamari. Nothing special. The bar service was excellent and the bartender made one of the best Old Fashions I have had.

Food was good but service was very poor. They messed up a few things on our table and we're not attentive.

My son graduated from ASU in December 2016 and planning his graduation dinner was an undertaking for me. I wanted this dining experience to be everything and more and also to celebrate all of his many years of hard work. Long story short (hopefully) we are from Los Angeles and finding a restaurant in another state that you are not... More

Service was very slow (they were unusually busy) but the food is always good. Try the sweet potato tots!

Had the short rib - amazing!!! Crazy tender. Perfect portions. Had the calamari for an app - also delicious. Service was a little odd - they didn't bring one app that we ordered and brought one of our party's dinner as an app. It all worked out. Pricey.

The atmosphere and food here are equally outstanding. They offer several small plates, some salads and entrees with both fish and meat options. The calamari was very good. The crab salad was the standout with avacado and chunks of crab. The scallops were also very popular in our group. The wine list is also very good. Highly recommend

I'm in Scottsdale for my company's annual sales conference and ended up coming to Prado one night on my own after a long work day. Prado is the fine dining restaurant on the site of the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Their claim is that their cuisine is a genuine nod to Spanish tradition while sourcing ingredients from... More

This was a very good restaurant featuring a warm and exotic Spanish/Moroccan atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were the al la carte items. I had the brioche french toast with fruit, which was light and tasty. Lunch items were also very good, especially the sandwiches. The burgers at Prado and Centro have great Tex-Mex flair. The dinner options... More

Was a guest at the Omni Montelucia and had a business dinner here. It is the nicest of the resort options and made for a very nice experience. The menu isn't particularly large, but the choices all look good and leaned toward seafood. I had sauteed sole over a bed of lobster risotto. It was excellent, and to their credit... More
