Invited here to meet a group of friend for lunch. Not sure I would ever have found this place on my own... it's tucked in behind a beautiful garden! Easy to mis if you are not sure where you are going. I have the lunch special: large green salad, bread basket with butter. Main course: beef (steak) with mushrooms in... More

Probably just an off day but the service was painfully slow. Food was good quality if a little expensive. Surroundings are nice and good for kids.

We mostly ate $3 meals in Ecuador but splurged for our 30th wedding anniversary our last night in Banos. We ordered the fondue carne for 2 and had personal attention along with a blazing fire, delicious homemade sauces, bar drinks, a lovely atmosphere. We even had dessert--pina coco flambe and chocolate mouse! Very special.

My boyfriend and me enjoyed a lovely three course dinner here! although a bit pricey for us budget travelers, the food was really good! he had a pepper sauce steak and I had the veggie Bulghar, washed down by a bottle of excellent chilian wine! Lots of fresh flavour in the meals and lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere :)

Like atmosphere off of street and food was delicious! Service was a little slow, but we were on vacation and it was Carnival, so no worries.

Go somewhere else. Not only was the food bad and the service worse, but my room at the inn was robbed while we were there.

My best meal in Banos yet. Maybe not on par with top restaurants in major cities around the world, but nevertheless a refreshing change from standard Ecuadorian fare. I ordered a bit of the house red wine (not bad) and the steak special of the house. I enjoyed it quite a bit although I would rate it good or very... More

Had one of the best meals EVER! So glad we found this place and it is so conveniently located (right outside our hotel room door). It is a must try.
