Had a nice family style dinner after our cruse to Antarctica. Everyone was looking to step on shore to have some local Chinese cooking. The stirred fried king crab with ginger and green union was delicious. You should not miss. We also enjoyed the BBQ lamb and beef as well as some more every-day cooking paired with local beer Beagle. The service was good and we all had a great time.

We were looking for something casual and unpretentious and that’s what we found. It appears Chinese and indeed it is but with a twist! They specialize in a roasted lamb station cooked over an open fire. Absolutely delicious and an all you can eat buffet that is very affordable. Home cooked with a good selection.

I think.this might be the best value in Ushuaia. All you can eat including BBQ whole lamb, beef vacio, and many seafood too, plus a few chinese dishes that I as a chinese highly recommend . Basically all your dream come true: seafood, BBQ lamb and beef plus chinese. If you want crab, it will be additional 4500peso for a whole big crab. We ate 2 days in a roll.

My husband and I had our dinner here when we first arrived in Ushuaia. We were very excited to try their whole king crab and it did NOT disappoint! The owner picked the crab from a large tank and weigh it in front of us and told us how much it would cost. (It was about USD 90.) The steamed crab was full of sweet meat and the side dish of included fried rice was excellent! The place was very crowded with tour groups and tourists, but we were seated without any problem. The service was also excellent, even though none of the waiters spoke English.
We loved this place so much that we decided to have our last dinner here before leaving Ushuaia. Like before, the owner picked the crab from the tank but the first crab she picked wasn’t moving, so she picked another one, which looked livelier. She took both crabs to the kitchen. When we got our crab, however, we immediate noticed the difference. The crab was mostly shells and not much meat. We suspected that the crab we got wasn’t the crab we paid for.
We spoke to the owner who insisted that the crab we got was the right one. The price of this crab was almost the same as the first one we ate, but definitely not as meaty. We left the restaurant very disappointed. We love Ushuaia and will be back in the future. Not sure if we would eat here again, though.

Excellent option to eat FOOD in Ushuaia. In this beautiful city there are a lot of restaurants and meals (fritanga, hamburger, pizzas, etc.) but not food at a reasonable price for nationals. Here you eat very well, at a logical price (cheap compared to other options of much lower quality: Morada del Aguila in Cerro Castor, Beer Point, Martial base, see opinion) There is a grill with excellent meats, stews! pastas, salads (finally something green), desserts, etc. The place is very nice, clean and well attended. The Chinese restaurant is very good for combination of Chinese and Argentinian food. I highly recommend it for people, who crave for the combo.
I was very surprised that the place has Chinese spicy sauce and soy sauce. The Chinese food is standard western Chinese cuisine and barbecue is also very good. In addition, the service is outstanding, waiters are very friendly and always have smile on their face.

The taste is very good and there are many choices. The lamb chops and steaks are very generous and the meat is of good quality. If the season is not right, you may also get king crabs, but you have to pay extra. The price is very reasonable!

It has been two weeks since our group of four returned from our trip to Antarctica, but the experience of eating Antarctic king crabs at a Chinese restaurant in Ushuaia, Argentina, is still unforgettable for us! We had heard of the reputation of this restaurant a long time ago. When we hurriedly arrived by taxi that day, it was already 10 minutes before 3 o'clock. We knew from the Internet that the restaurant closed at 3 o'clock, but we still rushed in with the last bit of hope. The boss's family and employees were already sitting at the table to eat, but the boss's wife immediately stood up to greet us, picked two huge king crabs for us, and comforted us: 20 minutes to steam! That means they will extend the opening time for us, we are very grateful!
But what touched us even more was that when the two steaming big crabs were served, the boss came to our table, heard that we had to get on the boat before 4 o'clock, and personally cut the crabs for us, telling us to eat well! And told us that there had been no king crabs for 5 days, and the goods had just arrived at noon that day, we were really lucky! We wanted ginger vinegar, and the staff prepared it for us immediately. The boss and his wife said that the crab meat is fresh and sweet, and it is best to eat without dipping anything! It's true! Eating crab as a meal is really the only time in life! It's so addictive!
There is something that moved us even more! We talked about finding a taxi to the pier, and the boss said that it would take only a few minutes to walk to the pier, so there is no need to take a taxi! We were not familiar with it and were afraid of delaying boarding the ship. The boss said, you guys eat well! After eating, I will show you the way, and I promise not to delay you boarding the ship! In this way, we finished eating the crab perfectly, and the boss sent us out the door twice and showed us the way.
Let me say a few more words. After returning to Ushuaia from the cruise ship, we consulted the boss's daughter-in-law about going to Tierra del Fuego National Park. Excellent lamb asado and seabass, the lettuce in oyster sauce is also very delicious 😋. We also had the scallop and the vegetables chow mian.They have buffet options, or you can order food from hand written Chinese menu,which is what we did. The best thing is that you can exchange dollars to pesos.

It is a buffet restaurant that has everything and all the food is delicious and fresh. They are restocking all the time and also includes a free grill. The place looked clean and we liked it. You have to go there very hungry and it is special for people who eat well because within the prices that we saw throughout Ushuaia, this place has a good price.

We were there twice, the first time we had dinner at the buffet, you could eat whatever you wanted, including the parilla.
The buffet was very varied and quite good but the meat was not cooked well, it seemed boiled and not grilled.
The second time we chose a live crab from the aquarium and it was very good even though it costs a lot.
The service is also good and the staff are friendly

Everyone in the store is very enthusiastic and considerate. They recommend that we order not too much, and don't want to waste. The paper towels and tableware are hygienic, and every detail is very detailed. It's worth a try!
Also, the restaurant has a great environment. It's very comfortable to sit, eat, and chat. The decoration and layout are very attentive. The food has a full sense of ritual. Every dish is delicious and exquisite, and the service is also attentive.
Great! I like it so much🥰㊗️The boss lady's business is getting better and better. More and more people are checking in at the Internet celebrity check-in point. A few more celebrity photos! Hahaha

Pleasantly surprised. A bit expensive but a really good buffet with lots of choice with well prepared food. Price for King crab was absurd, quoted $130usd for a small crab. Pay by size not weight. However, restaurant was clean, lots of good food with lamb and beef included. Nice staff who kept the food flowing. We really enjoyed our all you can eat meal which with drink was around $32usd per person. Highly recommend.

I have to say this is way beyond my expectation. The food was so good that we came back again the next day. The first day here we had a steaming king crab with fried rice. It was the most fresh and authentic king crab I have ever had ( let alone the cheapest! 60dollars for two! 5900 peso buffet with unlimited grilled meat). The next day we had fried king crab and it was even better!
Also! A special shout out to the kindest restaurant owner ever. She not only answered every of our tedious questions but also gave us recommendations on places to visit. It was our honeymoon and he gave us two glasses of gin tonic on the house (or should we call it Agentonic!)
