On last night of our stay in El Calafate, we decided to go to La Tablita which is very close to our hotel and it looks very nice. Good atmosphere, nice dinning area, foods was good if you are a meat eater, but I am a vegetarian. The most difficulties I had in the restaurant is they don't speak much... More

We had the lamb dish where it was prepared 3 different ways. It was fantastic. The wine pairing suggested by our waiter was excellent as well, and they also had a pretty good beer selection for someone looking for local beers.

No wonder it is recognized as the best in El Calafate. Lamb is being cooked in a parrilla surrounded by glass; it is a very attractive. We also had "ojo de bife" (ribeye). Very nice cut, cooked medium; soft and juicy meat. Very good wine list. Nice to find Patagonian wines. Prices in El Calafate are above medium. Don't be... More

Went in as a solo diner right as they opened for dinner at 7. I was recommended here enthusiastically by both my travel agent and some fellow travelers. Service was prompt and efficient, in that my server was mostly available when I needed him, but otherwise did not check in to see how I was enjoying my meal or if... More

Love the food, very great experience with the service. Lamb is a must have, it's out of this world! Great wine selection as well. Come hungry, the portions are large and you need to order sides separately.

It's a good place for big business dinners with decent choices of BBQ meat & nice wine selection. Very good desert.

We went here based on the recommendation from a friend and were very disappointed. We got in just before several large tables set for tour groups, which may explain the poor service. We both ordered the lamb, and boiled potatoes and grilled vegetables to share. The grilled vegetables were very disappointing - a couple of grilled potatoes, a couple pieces... More

My husband and I have been surprised by the Argentinian custom of having to pay for "Table Service". Table service is an extra charge that ranges from US$1.3 to US$4 per person. This additional cost should legally include the following: - a 250ml glass of water - a variety of breads - a gluten free bread option - a gluten... More

We celebrated St Patrick´s Day in this class restaurant and enjoyed the best meat we had in Argentina. But to get the flavour and tenderness you have to have it cooked "poco hecho" or "jugoso" = rare. Overcook it and it goes tough . And the mashed sweet potato is to die for! The wine list is extensive and reasonably... More

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and was very busy on the Sunday night that we dined. Unfortunately, we did not think that the food was very good. The vegetable soup did not taste any different than a can from the grocery store. The three meat selections were not impressive. One of the beef selections was very tough, and all... More
