The restaurant is next to the hotel and was highly recommended. It can seat 300 and as we are off season, it was far from full. The service and food were excellent- we had trout and enjoyed it. Wine selection also great. I don't know what it's like when full. The lamb being cooked on open fire was an experience.... More

The food is very good, the servers are friendly, the atmosphere is really good. We enjoyed the different meals they offer and also had a large selection of gluten free food.

Went to Patacon first night in Bariloche, looking for a place that opened earlier than 8PM as we arrived after a long day of travelling. Restaurant was open, but judging by the quality of the food we received (a provoleta and steaks), the kitchen was most likely staffed with waiters, waiting on the chef to arrive later. Provoleta was more... More

We visited this restaurant about 7 years ago and had an outstanding culinary experience. Well nothing has changed. It was brilliant on all levels. Quality of food, presentation, value for money etc etc. On arrival one is taken to a side lounge area where wine and olives are served on the house, while they prepare your table. One can browse... Great selection of meats and very well decorated. I would recommend the pacu if you like fish or the deer if you like meat.

Very nice setting but just average food. French fries were not crisp, meats nothing to write home about. Menu limited. Although the place was open when we arrived, we were a little early for local customs and had to wait for a very long time first, to be seated, and then for our food. We were offered drinks and some... More

Very enjoyable experience in a lovely setting overlooking the lake. Several nice touches, such as a wine and cassis appertivo. Good service, extensive menu, even high quality house wine by the glass. I had the lamb on a spit which I loved. My wife had venison stew which was pretty good. Excellent dessert. In all a very pleasant experience. I'd... More

The ambiance, and service is amazing. Even for non meat eaters they have a great selection. Everything is super tasty and prices are high.

We were 4 having lunch. The lamb ravioles, the deer steak and the squash soup were all very good. The deer was cooked in a Malbec sauce. It was very flavorful, but extremely expensive for what you got. The waiter was attentive at times.
