I almost hate to review this place, because I´m afraid I will go back and not be able to get a table.... By far our best meal in Iguazu...Amazing food.

Sometimes we discover dining gems in the most surprising places. La Toscana was in our low-star hotel, but the food and professionalism surprised us. The food was of very good quality and quantity and the service thorough and caring. Unexpected at the edge of our world as we visited to view the Iguazu Falls, La Toscana is as good as... More

This restaurant has the best tasting handmade pasta I've ever tried. As previous reviewers have mentioned make sure you get the kind that is made there. My husband got the 3 pasta combination and the chef chose great options. I got the filet/lomo with blue cheese fettuccini. The steak was good... But the 4 pastas we tried were even better!!... More

No need to go anywhere else. The food is delicious and they make their own pasta in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ginlucca suggested a Saurus wine from Patagonia which we really enjoyed. Hopefully you will have a chance to see them make pasta tableside in a huge Parmesan wheel. Our meals were better than many we have... More

Pick the specials. They know their italian food. Great find. We had the chef pasta special, the dish special and the lasagna.

We stayed at the hotel and ate twice at the restaurant out of convenience and because the food was recommended to be good. The food was good and the service was good. Prices were reasonable. The place is quite popular with the locals and has a limited about of seating so reservations would be recommended.

A typical Tuscan "restaurante" but placed in the jungle of the Iguazu region between Argentina, Brasil and Paraguay. Their crustini comes in three versions alongside home-baked bread, as part of the cover. The home made pasta is as good as pasta produced in Naples, Rome or Milan, but is served with a little to much olive oil (one serving) and... More

The home made bread was salty and the fish I had was salty as well. Some prefer salty cooking but I don't. Otherwise it's good service

We were staying in the adjoining hotel so ended up eating here two nights in a row. More out of convenience than enjoyment. The first night we ordered a carbonara and the grilled chicken breast with a lemon sauce. Both dishes were nothing special. On the second evening we ordered the antipasto plate with olives, cheese and an assortment of... More

Location a bit of a surprise - tucked within a very residential neighbourhood down a dimly lit street. But the exterior and interior are inviting - as are the staff. Good quality pasta and wine. Table next to us had a dramatic dish elaborately presented and set alight.
