The Fress Market is an unfriendly establishment. Their customers seem to be contented with a mediocre service and mid range food. Never again.

This is a good spot to get a coffee to enjoy in a very pleasant atmosphere. We spotted this place as we were looking for a coffee shop after dinner. The location in the modern enclave of Puerto Madero simply looked inviting when we passed by. The exterior was warmly lit and the interior was quite lovely. The café shared... More

Location: great! Everything is done with so much thought for the detail, that it is simply nice to look at! Food: EXCELLENT, in every aspect! You can order blindly from the menu! Prices: not cheap, but absolutely fair! So far, it sounds like there is not much that could even theoretically dampen the whole experience. Unfortunatelly, there is - to... More

My family and I recently stayed in Puerto Madero during a family holiday. We found this place on the first day and returned several times. The place itself is very modern and has a great selection on the menu. The service was great - we spoke basic Spanish but they made an effort to allocate a waiter that spoke English.... More

Came here with friends and we had a great lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The weather was nice so we sat outside. Our waitress was very attentive and remembered our entire order without writing anything down - no mistakes. Food was fresh and flavorful. Portions were decent. The pumpkin ravioli with meat sauce was tasty and the minty lemonade was... More

Very versatile dining options. On one end you can choose a readymade salad or plate lunch. Or you can order sandwiches and Panini’s from a menu. Casual dining area or take out. If you want a more formal experience simply walk to other side to be seated by a maître d. Ala carte menu with professional waiters.

Stayed at the Hilton in Puerto Madero and ended up walking over to this place every morning for breakfast. It was close and convenient, good food and reasonable prices (which isn't typical for the waterfront food places).

This place, located in Puerto Madero is a nice stop, to have a drink or light meal facing the water in a sunny day...they have turned themselves in a sort of self service, but still the location is worth the stop.

I have lunch here VERY often, the food is always great, the small cakes they serve at tea time are really tasty, but, they had the same problem since they opened, SUPER SLOW SERVICE!!!.. you have to have patience to eat here, the staff will basically ignore you for at least 15 minutes once you seat down at a table..... Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
