I would like to give and exclusive opinion on the care and service from Mauricio, an amazing waiter and person, that we were really sad to not have the money in and to give an appropriate propina. Something to have in mind. When you come...to a restaurant in Argentina is importante to have the money for the propina in hand. Even though is not common to have a Great amount of money in hand , sometimes, you don’t have the chance to Give what was really worth of the service you had in and. Mauricio, I hope you have the most amazing reviews because you deserved!!!More

Elena is a very good restaurant and has ones of the bests meat of Argentina and perhaps it can be of South America but is so expensive.

Great food, great steak, 4/5 service, good atmosphere, elegant wait experience at the bar next door, and great deserts. I think it is a no fail restaurant, but I need to go back to confirm.

Delicious food and spectacular service provided by Mauricio—great advice on the menu and expert attention to detail, like supernatural powers of precognition he was always there exactly when I needed him with perfect advice and a friendly, easy, and professional demeanor. If only all restaurant...experiences could be this good! I had the wagyu ribeye (at Mauricio’s recommendation) and it did not disappoint. Cooked to perfect to boot. Cocktails were inventive and paired perfect with the food (again thanks to Mauricio) and the gorgeous dining hall could not be more elegant. A perfect evening with the best of Buenos Aires!More

We dined at this upscale restaurant located in the Four Seasons hotel during our two-night stay while heading down to Patagonia. The place is very striking with a soaring ceiling and vibrant atmosphere. Beware: the food portions areHUGE! We started with “Flexi’s Choice” charcuterie-prosciutto, Brie,...salami and a local cheese called Lincoln. We opted to share a NY strip steak (21 oz!) and ordered the roasted cauliflower and smoked creamed potatoes as sides. We just selected wines by the glass from the nice selection. First of all the space itself is wonderful with large cozy leather chairs and a soaring ceiling topped by a glass dome. The service was extremely attentive from the moment we sat down with no fewer than 5 servers assisting at various points in the meal. As for the meal everything was really spectacular from the start to the finish. Our charcuterie platter was massive with enough slices of melt in your mouth Italian prosciutto, chewy hard salumi and 2/3 of a wheel of creamy brie, plus about 15 wedges of the local cow cheese, Lincoln, along with honey comb and two large slices of lightly grilled tender focaccia. We felt guilty not being able to find it but would have needed at least 4 more people (price-less than $20 US). Our massive steak was served hot from the charcoal-fired oven and had a delicious char on the edges. It was the size of a small roast and served sliced into four large pieces with two types of salt on the side. ($40 US) this was plenty of meat for us. Sides were around $6 US and the roasted cauliflower with a hint of lime was a real standout. The chocolate cake dessert-a small tart shell with crunchy hazelnuts and chocolate cream toooed with a spongy and light chocolate top and a small scoop of chocolate ice cream with a chocolate whiskey sauce was amazing (around $10 US). A very memorable and satisfying meal in a beautiful space. Reservation are a must, they open at 7 pm. Even on a Thursday night they were full when we left.More

From the warmth of the welcome, to the elegance of the room, to the outstanding service, and the excellence of the cuisine, one cannot speak too highly of Elena. Seated on a banquette we had a perfect view of the open kitchen to see the...unusual calm of a busy kitchen that from a perfectly organized kitchen team. The wine list is extensive but priced on the higher side. One outstanding presentation was the Bresaola Wagyu which at 5,850 ARS was an incredible value served with a premium, first press, olive oil balanced by the acidity of lemon juice.More

This spot is great for a high-class dining experience. The service is indeed professional, but also very friendly. My server treated me very well, and I felt like I left with a new friend. He was very open in discussion with me, even though the...restaurant was really busy. Everything was excellent. I love this place. I can't wait to come back.More

Attactive dark South American restaurant at the Four Seasons with a relaxed atmosphere. I had a crisp Malbec, and a Chicken pasta dish which had an Asian inspiration. The Chocolate Cake with Rum ice cream was outstanding.

This is not only the best meal I’ve had in Argentina, but probably the best so far this year anywhere in the world! The food is incredible, the prices are reasonable (especially for Argentina’s best restaurant), but the service is AMAZING. Analia was our server...and we felt like we left with a new friend. She was so much fun and knew exactly what we needed. We felt so well taken care of. If you can get a reservation here, GO! Hopefully you get Analia. I can’t remember the last time I had such great service.More

This was the best dining experience that I’ve ever had. The place is beautiful, the food set a new bar for fine dining, and our waitress Ana made the evening incredible. Ana guided us through the menu with recommendations that were perfect - she led...us to try new things which we wouldn’t have otherwise ordered - and was absolutely hilarious on top of it. Every dish that came out was jaw dropping. Combinations of flavors that I never knew existed. And the steak. What can I say about it other than I’ve never tasted food as good as it was here. We booked another reservation while we were still sitting there eating. I cannot recommend this place enough & make sure you ask for Ana as your waitress. What was a delicious meal turned into a truly world changing dining experience because of her.More

This restaurant was recommended to us by two separate local couples. It’s also on Latams Top 50 per the Eorlds best lists. It’s in the four seasons. Tastefully decorated. Service attentive. Vanessa kept dinner flowing nicely and was able to speak to us in English,...good wine. Steak and vegetables good. Also panqueques conndulce de leche are delicious!More

We expected this to be really good given that Elena is on the 50best in latin america list but it turned out to be probably the only steakhouse in BA where they cant cook steak properly. We ordered a tenderloin and a ribeye both rare....The ribeye was much closer to medium than rare and the tenderloin was beyond medium. They did redo the tenderloin when I complained and the replacement was rare as ordered and very good quality. They also took it off the bill. Other food items were also below par. Smokey mashed potatoes were watery and lacked both butter and smokiness. Starters of shrimp and mushrooms were dull and only tepid despite the very hot dishes on which they were served. Service was erratic - our waitress was oblivious to our attempts to catch her attention and spent much of the time chatting at another table but one or two other staff were helpful. Overall not a good experience - BA must have much better places for steak.More

Don’t like to be too dramatic. You can see the rest of my over 300 reviews. Wow. This restaurant was really charming and elegant yet casual. It happens to be in the four seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires. The ribeye steak was magnificent. Cooked perfection....The combination with the arugula salad and the deal. Roasted cauliflower hit the spot! They squeezed me in and the staff were also very kind and professional. Thanks again for a wonderful last meal and a special city.More

When I went there (April/2019) I was able to connect wifi to call Uber. Make sure to advise your Uber driver you are in the hotel lobby or go till the street. We had some trouble with our Uber because of this.
