Don't get me wrong. Food was good -not spectacular-, but the prevailing feeling after visitng this place was a steep walletache. Way better cooking in town, with realistic prices.

The place is great but overpriced, it's actually so expensive that eating the same in New York or Osaka may seem cheap. Service is okay and food is great. If you happen to be at night there is an incredible bar/club called Isabel next door!!

after testing few times the best Nikkei food in Maido restaurant, Lima (Peru) I have to say that the way Sipan serves Peruvian-Japanese fusion (Nikkei) is really interesting and tasty. It's not perfect and cheap but if you can afford it you'll be satisfy.
