Our host, Maria, couldn't have been nicer. The food was very interesting - I think they serve every part of the cow. The soup was delicious and the steak was quite tasty but I could have passed on the intestines, kidneys, etc. The building's history...More

First, this restaurant is partially located in the first house built in Buenos Aires. The owner has an old map showing a picture of this house. The ambience is very cozy and Hispanic. Don't forget to ask for the tour of the current archaeological research...More

San Telmo
Characterized by cobblestones and narrow streets, San
Telmo is defined by the tango, the dance that made
Buenos Aires world-famous. Tango is a fusion of many
different cultures: a true child of immigration, much
like the city itself. Nowadays, it comes alive after
dark in the milongas (dance parties) attended by both
locals and visitors alike, who dance until the wee
hours of the morning. During the day, the antique
