This is easily one of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires, particularly if you are adventurous with respect to food and wine. I highly recommend the pairing menu, allowing the chef in the kitchen and the sommelier (they are a couple) in the dining room...More

We went for the seven course menu and the wine tasting. Everything was perfect: the food, the service, the place, the atmosphere. I was surprised by every glass of wine to go with delicious dishes. Definitely an unforgettable experience.

High level modern argentine surprise tasting menu with excellent wine list: professional and consistent - can compete with any modern world menu tasting restaurant: from Lama to fish: genuine argentine produce with fusion food aspects. Charming mexican soumeiller makes is a successful evening!

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for unexpected flavours and textures who doesn't mind what it may cost. As interesting as the experience was, I am not sure I could describe everything we ate as "yummy". Some things were curious. The menu was...More

Characterized by cobblestones and narrow streets, San

different cultures: a true child of immigration, much
like the city itself. Nowadays, it comes alive after
dark in the milongas (dance parties) attended by both
locals and visitors alike, who dance until the wee
hours of the morning. During the day, the antique

The Baqueano comes from its etymological root baquía, which means the practical knowledge of the paths, shortcuts, roads and rivers of a particular territory, also the skill and dexterity for manual works and the fact of being a veteran, experienced in particular subjects. Sometimes the figure is a man, in opportunities he seeks, others he traces, accompanies, knows, understands, mimics with the earth, leaves walking or riding his horse, leaves traces, and recognizes them, finds food and channels water, see the stars and constellations, eat, nourish, respect the earth.
