This is one of my favorite restaurants for a group. The dishes can be served family style for sharing since they are so huge (and that is coming from a North American context where portions are large in the base case). The pasta is out of this world with extremely varied options, the fish dishes are served as whole grilled... More

We enjoyed a lovely meal here - not cheap but delicious. It was a little confusing with many waiters coming to take or deliver orders but I guess its their system.

Beautiful restaurant on the water, great food, and attentive staff. Believe me and the other reviews, everything on the menu can be shared. The menu indicates pasta and risotto should be shared but truthfully the other entrees can be shared as well. I had the delicious salmon and my husband had the veal. Both were large enough to share. The... More

Thai is a very posh and upmarket Italian restaurant in Puerto Madero and in the main, it delta vets to its very visual potential although in some things it falls short of perfect. Good quality of food, decent service but a bit short of great and a high price although portions are in the large side. Good romantic place to... More

After a long day of sightseeing, we opted to go to the Italian restaurant a block from our hotel and recommended by our concierge. It was fabulous! Portions are definitely designed to share. We ordered a half salad to start with pasta to follow. And dessert. All of it was amazing. Good service, great location and the best Italian food... More

If you're in the Puerto Madero area this restaurant is a safe bet for good quality Italian food. Expect an overpriced menu due to the location. Service was excellent, fast, and courteous.

This restaurant has very good food, but be careful as portions run very big. Normally you can share your plate

We ate here one previous time, in 2008, and were amazed by the food (best Italian food anywhere, was our thought), so returned with both excitement, and worry. Would it live up to our memories? This time there were 9 of us. It is excellent Italian food - really great - but now I would say that we have had... More

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent location. We had light dinner, ordered ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese as the main course for two, with balsamic green salad as the entry course, and enjoyed very much.

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
