Usually, i don't like Filipino cuisine but this is a pleasant exemption so i even went there twice in a time of two weeks. The food is tasty and of a very good quality. The menu offers lots of choices and even the picky European eater will find something that they might want to try. My favourite: lamb adobo. Its... More

In a mall where everything opens a bit late, it's nice to know that Abe opens earlier than the others and serves good coffee. It felt a bit warm initially, but was well adjusted. Their Manyamang Pork Asado is true to its name. Must try.

We ordered kamaru and chicharones, their specialty Pampanga appetizers aside from rice cooked in bamboo trunk, kare kare and krispy pla-pla. Good Filipino dishes with efficient attendants

The food was great and the service was exemplary. The staff and servers are professional and courteous. I will be returning to this establishment soon. So are my invited guests.

The food was alright, but perhaps Filipino food isn't as spicy as I had hoped. The tastes were interesting, but nothing burst forth. The service was solicitous. Unfortunately, there are only two wines to buy by the glass; otherwise, wine is only by the bottle.

ALL of the Manila guides are WRONG! You must try LJC food & Alabang Plaza shopping!!!! We are staying at Azumi hotel 500M nearby. I told relatives that I want to try the best local food & all agreed we should try ABE. What I can report is that it is FANTASTIC!! We had a talk with the staff as... More

Abe is a restaurant with a strong theme, a concept, which they execute quite well. The word Abe (ah'-beh) is from a FIlipino dialect, and it means "good friend". The place is aptly decorated with nostalgic black and white photographs of families and friends in days gone by, and the decor is a modernized version of traditional Filipino middle class... More

Great ambience, great food, great staff! So far all dishes we have tried since we started coming here did not disappoint. Best are the Kinilaw na Tanigue (love the way they prepare it, with just enough sourness which lets you taste the freshness of the fish) and the Kilayen Babi (tastes like dinuguan but minus the dark color). All the... More

Was here with colleagues on a weekday evening, not too crowded… Not being local, not sure whether food is authentic nevertheless, food was delicious! We had fried tilapia, chicken adobo, a watercress type of vegetable that we asked to tone down on spiciness, bamboo rice … Great service, nice ambience! As the name of the restaurant suggests where good friends... More
