Walking by from the street, this Warung looks warm and welcoming with its orange/red and bamboo walls. We where welcomed nicely by the staff, who politely took an order for drinks while we had a change to look at the menu. We visited the Warung...twice in the 4 evenings we had in Candidasa and the food was simply excellent. The first evening we had the fish in banana leaf packets with rice and it was delicious. The fish tasted fresh and was juicy, the sauce was amazing and the rice was perfectly cooked. The second evening we had the Babi Kacep and Chicken Curry. Again, the food blew us away. Especially the Chicken Curry was nice and creamy with just enough spice to tickle your tongue, while the Babi Kacep was a little sweet and not at all dry, like all the other pork we have had on our stay in Bali. All in all an amazing experience with very polite and service-minded staff and a very reasonably priced meal. Will definately visit again if we visit Candidasa again.More
