We were there for a clean comedy night. We had drinks and desserts and my husband had an entree. The service was good and they tasted fine, but the desserts were skimpy, not much quantity for the price. Plus crepes are light so doesn't seem...More

We were so glad we tried this restaurant! The food was wonderful. We started with the tableside swiss raclette (they melt a huge block of cheese on top of fingerling potatoes). It is amazing! Then we had "the hanging man". The meat was so tender...More

Can't believe we haven't tried this restaurant before! The food is DELICIOUS! Scottie is a wonderful waiter, and the food is absolutely wonderful! We had crepes, salad, and a chocolate/caramel with ice cream dessert. We dine regularly and I believe the taste treat here to...More

This is a fabulous French/Swiss restaurant that has great food and service. In a strip center in a northern suburb of Phoenix, Glendale, you would never expect such an authenic French restaurant. The lunch or dinner crepes, made with gluten-free buckwheat, were mouth-wateringly delicious. I...More

This is not your typical "fondue" restaurant as only a few of the items are fondue style. The portions are not supersized but there is more than enough and the wine menu is very representative of this place, not large but well done. We went...More

This place is a favorite of my daughter and I. The food is so tasty. The desert fondue is our favorite. I just wish the chef was a little more open with take out. I understand he is concerned about the presentation and taste and...More

We just got back from a delicious cheese fondue, flammenkuchen, and chocolate fondue meal, matched with a light white wine. The restaurant did a great job with my mom's birthday celebration. I couldn't have asked for better overall night. This was a great restaurant and...More

The creation of Le Chalet was much like our fondue. Yes, we are a little “cheesy!” But, much like a good fondue, we have melted the talents and abilities of all our staff to bring about only the best for our customers. Alain, who attended the American Musical Dramatic Academy in New York, has a broad background in Broadway. Performing shows, such as La Cage aux Folles and Cabaret, he desires to bring only the best entertainment to Le Chalet’s stage. His aspiration for Le Chalet is the entertainment of NY, similar to that of Don’t Tell Mama or Duplex. Alain, who has performed as Cookie Monster, Count Von Count, and Telly Monster, loves children as well; so bring them into Le Chalet for an autograph! His experience in the restaurant business began as a starving actor. In need for more income, he has worked at Laurent and Maxim’s, which is owned by designer Pierre Cardin. Alain has “performed” as a personal butler for celebrities at the Sony Club as well. Even the décor of Le Chalet has been a melting of personalities. From authentic French posters and French street signs to the hand painted mural, painted by Alain’s nephew, every look was created by the staff. Step inside, and you have entered a little European village. An overhang of the bar to look like a chalet is located near a mountain ice-caped stage. So, ski (or snowboard) on by and stop in for a bite to eat….but, do watch out for the cows located throughout Le Chalet!
