The main dishes and sides were very delicious and more than the typical Mexican restaurant fare. The mole sauce is particularly good. My only complaint was that the dishes were very delayed and we filled up on chips and salsa!
We eat here whenever we're in Bisbee and the food is consistently delicious. The entrees are fresh and inventive and the guacamole is incredible! Definitely stop in when you are in town!

The service was excellent. We had fajitas and a chimichanga. The salsa was nice with a lil kicker. The house margarita tasted like a mix and was $10, that was my only disappointment. Highly recommend Santiago’s for dinner you will not be disappointed. ENJOY!
