Just delicious and the style is so beautiful of the restaurant at night. Delicious food and so many to choose from. I would go here in a heart beat back!

Delightful evening

Four of us enjoyed a seafood dinner here and one or two lunches when staying at the Tui Blue Hotel. We will definitely return.

Outstanding

We really enjoyed our evening meal here during our holiday, the food was brilliant. We also used this restaurant at lunch time on a number of occasions and the food was outstanding as was the service. This will be first on our list to visit...when we return in the future.More

Outstanding

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit this excellent restaurant during our stay at the Alaya and we are so glad we did. The seafood served here is the best we have ever had. Highly recommend the Sea Bass and the shrimp is...just delicious, service is of a very high standard, the staff are all extremely friendly, polite, attentive and above all very professional. Our thanks to El Basiouy, Medhat, Ahmed and Hossain for making it a perfect occasion. Also thanks to the chef's for excellently prepared and presented dishes, you should all be very proud yourselves. Each and every restaurant at the Alaya excels in providing an excellent,authentic experience but we feel the Culinarium just comes out as our No 1More

Great barracuda and great service!

Had a wonderful meal in this restaurant last week. The bisque was very tasty and the barracuda was as tender as could be! We were also served tremendously by the whole team!

Atmospheric restaurant by the sea

A beautiful restaurant at the Alaya hotel located by the sea shore giving it a fabulous atmosphere. The service was exceptional & began with us being offered a choice of breads & oil while we enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine wine. The food was...fantastic & we enjoyed the house red wine wih our meal. We loved the glassware too and the fact that we could have a leisurely evening & were not rushed to leave like in other restaurants in hotels we have been to. There were also separate toilet facilities for this restaurant which meant not having to leave the site whilst enjoying our meal. Pleased to see that this restaurant is also exclusive to guests at the Alaya so easy to book a table because the guests from the Steinenburger hotel were not there.More

Bit disappointing
